mcwex Terms and Conditions

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between mcwex ("we", "our", "Platform") and any person who uses any service of mcwex ("User", "you"). This agreement applies to the mcwex website, mobile application and other digital services.

1.2 Interpretation of Terms

The various terms and definitions used in these terms and conditions are explained as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the complete online service, website and applications of mcwex.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting and related facilities provided by mcwex.
• "Funds" refers to money held in a user's account.

1.3 Limitation of Services

mcwex reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service, feature or functionality at any time without prior notice. Temporary interruptions in service may occur due to technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances, for which mcwex will not be held liable.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register only one account on the mcwex platform. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. mcwex will conduct appropriate investigations where multiple accounts are operated from the same device, IP address or payment method.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be completely truthful, accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure and any winnings earned may be forfeited. The following must be provided at registration:

• Full name (as per national identity card)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (for verification purposes)

2.3 Verification Process (KYC)

mcwex may request completion of identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any time. The following documents may be required for verification:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Recent selfie with photo
• Proof of residence (utility bill or bank statement)

Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Age Requirement

To use the mcwex platform, a user must be at least 21 years of age. mcwex reserves the right to verify the date of birth provided at account registration. Providing false information regarding age will result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

mcwex services are intended for users in Bangladesh. Users from certain countries or regions may be unable to register and participate on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legally permitted in their own jurisdiction.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods are available for depositing funds on the mcwex platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposit terms:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Deposits are accepted only from the user's own payment account
• Deposits using third-party accounts are prohibited
• All deposits are subject to verification by mcwex

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following terms apply for withdrawing funds from an account:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not complete

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

mcwex follows a strict policy on the prevention of money laundering. mcwex reserves the right to investigate accounts and freeze funds in cases of suspicious transactions or unusual activity. Using the platform for money laundering is completely prohibited and a punishable offence.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• Wagering requirement to use bonus funds: 15x
• Must be fulfilled within the specified time after the bonus is activated
• Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once
• Attempts to claim bonuses across multiple accounts are subject to forfeiture

5.2 General Bonus Policy

The following general policies apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are for gameplay use only
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus funds will be deducted
• mcwex reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer
• Bonuses may be cancelled if abuse or fraud is suspected

5.3 VIP Loyalty Program

The mcwex VIP program has three tiers. Tier placement is determined based on a user's regular activity and participation on the platform:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

It is possible to advance from one tier to the next through regular and active participation. VIP benefits are at the platform's discretion and may change.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

mcwex ensures a fair, transparent and secure gaming environment for all users. All games used on our platform use verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that the outcome of every game is completely random and impartial.

6.2 Rules for Placing Bets

The following rules must be followed when placing a bet or wager:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, mcwex reserves the right to cancel that bet
• A bet will not be accepted if there are insufficient funds in the account

6.3 Technical Issues

If a technical problem occurs during a game or transaction, mcwex will attempt to cancel the affected round or session and refund the amount wagered. However, mcwex bears limited liability for losses caused by technical errors. Please contact the support team in such situations.

7.1 List of Unauthorized Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Abusing bonuses or using bonus arbitrage strategies
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using automated software, bots or scripts
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's identity
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities

8.1 Account Suspension by mcwex

mcwex may temporarily suspend an account without prior warning in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of terms and conditions is suspected
• If suspicious or unusual activity is detected
• If additional documents are required for KYC verification
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A user may request closure of their own account at any time through our support team. Any pending withdrawals must be processed before the account is closed. If bonus conditions have not been met, the bonus funds will be forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion Feature

As part of responsible gaming, mcwex offers a self-exclusion feature. Using this feature, you can voluntarily suspend your account for a specific period of time. 10.1 Nature of Service

mcwex provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. mcwex's liability for any financial loss arising from data loss, service disruption, or technical issues is limited.

10.2 Third-Party Services

The mcwex platform uses services from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe) and payment processors. mcwex is not directly liable for any issues or disruptions arising from these third-party services.

10.3 Gaming Losses

There is a possibility of financial loss in gaming and betting activities. mcwex does not provide any compensation for users' gaming losses. We strongly advise users not to wager more than they can afford to lose and to always treat gaming as a form of entertainment.

12.1 Right to Make Changes

mcwex reserves the right to change, amend, or update these rules and terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified via email or through the platform.

12.2 Continued Acceptance

By continuing to use the platform after changes to the terms, the user automatically consents to the new terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may request that your account be closed.
